Welcome to D&D AniVerse. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the D&D AniVerse website, accounts, game modes, online features, tools, content, and related services.

By accessing or using D&D AniVerse, creating an account, saving content, submitting a request, or using an online feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use D&D AniVerse.

1. About D&D AniVerse

D&D AniVerse is a fan-made anime, manga, comic, cartoon, gaming, and fictional-character draft, ranking, comparison, tournament, and battle website created for entertainment, discussion, debate, and community participation.

The site may include features such as:

• Stat Draft and Ranked Stat Draft modes.
• Character rankings and tier lists.
• Character Battles and matchup comparisons.
• Character Diff and power-scaling tools.
• Winner predictions and difficulty results.
• Tournament modes.
• Saved builds and rankings.
• User accounts and profiles.
• Custom characters.
• Character, anime, and franchise request forms.
• Online drafts, match codes, multiplayer rooms, and shared results.
• Other experimental or community features.

Features may be added, changed, restricted, temporarily disabled, or removed at any time.

2. Fan-Made and Unofficial Website

D&D AniVerse is an independent, fan-made project.

D&D AniVerse is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any anime studio, manga publisher, comic publisher, television network, game company, streaming service, character owner, franchise owner, or other entertainment company unless specifically stated.

References to third-party characters, images, names, franchises, logos, artwork, screenshots, and related materials are used for identification, fan discussion, comparison, ranking, and entertainment purposes.

3. Entertainment Use Only

D&D AniVerse is intended only for entertainment, discussion, debate, and community fun.

Character rankings, stat scores, power levels, winner predictions, difficulty ratings, draft results, battle results, tournament outcomes, Lucky Block results, and comparisons are opinions, estimates, user selections, community interpretations, or automated outputs.

These results are not:

• Official franchise information.
• Official character statistics.
• Official power-scaling results.
• Statements made by character or franchise owners.
• Guaranteed to be accurate, complete, neutral, or universally accepted.
• Professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

Users are encouraged to form their own opinions and debate fictional matchups respectfully.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, submit personal information, save account-connected data, or use interactive features that collect information.

D&D AniVerse is not intended for children under 13.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users who are under the age of legal majority where they live should use D&D AniVerse only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If D&D AniVerse learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, the account and associated personal information may be suspended or deleted.

5. Free Service and No Payments

D&D AniVerse currently does not charge users to create an account or use the website.

D&D AniVerse does not currently:

• Sell subscriptions.
• Process purchases.
• Collect credit-card or debit-card information.
• Collect bank-account information.
• Offer paid digital items.
• Offer paid gameplay advantages.

If paid features are introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated before payment information is collected or purchases are offered.

6. User Accounts

Some D&D AniVerse features may require a user account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use an email address you are authorized to use.
• Not impersonate another person, company, creator, moderator, or organization.
• Not create accounts for deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Keep your password and login information secure.
• Not sell, transfer, or share your account.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
• Notify D&D AniVerse if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Passwords may be processed through Firebase Authentication or another authentication provider. D&D AniVerse does not intentionally store passwords directly in plain text.

D&D AniVerse is not responsible for losses, deleted data, unauthorized activity, or other problems caused by your failure to protect your login information.

7. Usernames and Profile Information

Usernames and profile information must not:

• Impersonate another person, creator, company, moderator, or staff member.
• Contain hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or illegal material.
• Contain another person’s private information.
• Mislead users about your identity or authority.
• Violate another person’s trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• Be used to harass, threaten, or target another user.

D&D AniVerse may change, restrict, or remove usernames or profile information that violate these Terms.

8. Saved Builds, Rankings, and User Data

D&D AniVerse may allow users to save builds, rankings, team names, character selections, custom characters, draft settings, profile information, or other site-related data.

You understand that:

• Saved data may be connected to your account.
• Saved data may be stored using Firebase or other third-party services.
• Some data may also be stored locally in your browser.
• Data may be deleted if your account is removed.
• Data may be affected by website updates, bugs, outages, or technical problems.
• D&D AniVerse does not guarantee permanent access to saved data.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.

D&D AniVerse may remove corrupted, abusive, illegal, harmful, or incompatible saved data when reasonably necessary.

9. Custom Characters and User Submissions

D&D AniVerse may allow users to create custom characters, enter character information, submit character requests, submit anime or franchise requests, send feedback, or provide other content.

By submitting or saving content through D&D AniVerse, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not violate another person’s rights.
• The content does not contain illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or malicious material.
• The content does not contain malware, harmful code, or deceptive links.
• The content does not reveal another person’s private information without permission.

Submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, restricted, ignored, or removed at the site owner’s discretion.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a character, form, anime, manga, comic, cartoon, game, franchise, image, statistic, or feature will be added.

10. Permission to Use Submitted Content

You keep any ownership rights you may have in original content that you submit.

By submitting content to D&D AniVerse, you give D&D AniVerse a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the website.
• Display your saved or shared content.
• Provide multiplayer and sharing features.
• Review requests, feedback, or reports.
• Improve or troubleshoot website features.
• Enforce these Terms.

This permission ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where temporary copies remain in backups, security logs, or legally required records.

11. Public and Shared Content

Some features may allow builds, rankings, usernames, room information, matchup results, or other content to be shared with other users.

Content you intentionally publish or share may be visible to anyone who has access to the applicable page, room, link, or match code.

Do not publish or share information that you want to keep private.

D&D AniVerse cannot guarantee that another user will not copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute content that you make public.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse D&D AniVerse.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or target another user.
• Submit hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or abusive content.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Attempt to hack, break, overload, disrupt, or damage the website.
• Attempt to bypass security, account restrictions, bans, or access controls.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or saved information.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to abuse the website.
• Manipulate online matches, rankings, rooms, or site activity through unauthorized methods.
• Intentionally interfere with another user’s draft or online experience.
• Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate another user, staff member, company, or rights owner.
• Reverse engineer or copy protected website code except where permitted by law.
• Use D&D AniVerse in a way that violates applicable law.
• Encourage another person to violate these Terms.

D&D AniVerse may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action.

13. Online and Multiplayer Features

D&D AniVerse may include online stat drafts, multiplayer rooms, match codes, shared links, live syncing, usernames, turn timers, public or private lobbies, and other online interactions.

You understand that:

• Online features may experience delays, disconnections, errors, or interruptions.
• Match codes and shared links may stop working.
• Turns or placements may fail to synchronize correctly.
• Automatic placements or penalties may occur because of timers or connection problems.
• Public room codes may be accessed by other users.
• Online results are not guaranteed to be permanently stored.
• Experimental online features may contain bugs.

You agree to use online features fairly and respectfully.

D&D AniVerse may close rooms, end matches, restrict online access, or suspend accounts when necessary to address abuse, cheating, security problems, or technical issues.

14. Character Statistics and Automated Results

Ranked Stat Draft, Winner Prediction, Battle Result, Power Level Limit, Character Diff, Lucky Block, and similar features may use estimated statistics, preset values, random selections, or user-selected results.

These statistics and results are not official.

D&D AniVerse does not guarantee that any character ability, activation speed, regeneration, durability, stamina, speed, reaction, dodging, combat, Battle IQ, IQ, weapons, strength, striking power, size, outfit, partner, suit, power level, ranking, prediction, or battle result is accurate, complete, unbiased, consistent with canon, or accepted by all fans.

Character statistics and rankings may be changed or updated at any time.

15. Moderation and Enforcement

D&D AniVerse may review reports and investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

The site owner may, with or without advance notice:

• Remove submitted content.
• Restrict website features.
• Close online rooms.
• Reset or remove saved data.
• Change or remove usernames.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently delete accounts.
• Block access where reasonably necessary.
• Report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

D&D AniVerse is not required to provide a warning before taking action when there is a security risk, legal concern, serious violation, or threat to another user.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using D&D AniVerse at any time.

The site owner may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the website.
• Abuse online features.
• Create security concerns.
• Submit harmful or illegal content.
• Repeatedly interfere with other users.
• Attempt to avoid a previous suspension or ban.
• Use the website in a way that may create legal liability.

Account termination may result in the loss of saved builds, rankings, profile information, custom characters, and other account-connected data.

17. Intellectual Property and Copyright Disclaimer

Anime names, manga names, comic names, cartoon names, game names, franchise names, character names, character images, logos, artwork, screenshots, and related properties belong to their respective owners.

D&D AniVerse does not claim ownership of third-party characters, franchises, images, logos, or other intellectual property.

D&D AniVerse is a fan-made project created for entertainment, comparison, ranking, discussion, and debate.

No ownership of third-party material is transferred to D&D AniVerse or its users through use of the website.

18. Copyright and Content Removal Requests

If you are a copyright, trademark, or other rights owner and believe content displayed on D&D AniVerse violates your rights, contact:

• Identification of the content you want reviewed.

19. D&D AniVerse Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the D&D AniVerse name, original website code, original interface, original layout, original graphics, original written content, original feature organization, and original design elements belong to the site owner.

You may not copy, sell, reupload, publish, clone, or redistribute D&D AniVerse’s original website code or original materials without permission.

Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful commentary, criticism, independent development, or other activity protected by applicable law.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

D&D AniVerse may use or link to third-party services, including:

• Firebase.
• Google services and Google Forms.
• Netlify or other hosting providers.
• Discord.
• TikTok.
• Analytics providers.
• Image-hosting or content sources.
• Other external websites or platforms.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability.

D&D AniVerse is not responsible for the content, actions, policies, security, or availability of third-party services.

When you visit an external website, you use that website at your own risk.

21. Privacy

Your use of D&D AniVerse is also governed by the D&D AniVerse Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, where it may be stored, and what choices may be available to you.

22. Website Availability and Changes

D&D AniVerse may be updated, redesigned, paused, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

Features, characters, images, rankings, statistics, game modes, account systems, and online tools may be added, removed, renamed, or changed without advance notice.

D&D AniVerse does not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available.
• Every feature will continue to exist.
• Every browser or device will be supported.
• Every update will be compatible with previously saved data.
• Every character or franchise will remain on the website.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D&D AniVerse and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website.

• Lost account access.
• Lost saved builds or rankings.
• Deleted or corrupted data.
• Website interruptions.
• Incorrect character statistics.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

26. Responsibility for Your Actions

27. Applicable United States Law

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

28. Severability

29. No Waiver

If D&D AniVerse does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver of one violation does not waive any future violation.

30. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date may be changed. Material changes may also be announced through the website when reasonably appropriate.

By continuing to use D&D AniVerse after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the website.
