Refund Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Each purchase is considered separately
This policy applies to one-time judgment packs and each paid month of a Premium subscription, including renewals. Using credits from an earlier purchase does not make a separate, unused purchase ineligible for a refund.
For example, if you use one judgment from a 100-credit pack, that pack is nonrefundable, including its remaining 99 credits. A different pack with all 100 credits unused remains eligible. The same rule applies to the 350 credits granted by each Premium Starter monthly payment or the 1,000 credits granted by each Premium monthly payment.
What counts as using a credit?
Free credits are used first, followed by credits from the oldest paid purchase. Balances held before purchase-level tracking was introduced are used before new purchases; refund requests for those older purchases require manual review because their past usage was not recorded per purchase.
A credit is used when a judgment completes and the credit is deducted. A failed judgment whose credit is returned does not count as use. A completed prediction counts as use even if you disagree with it or it is inconclusive. AI predictions can be mistaken.
Requesting a refund
Open Premium → Purchases & refund requests. For an eligible purchase, choose Hold credits for refund review, then use Email refund request to contact support. Held credits cannot be spent while your request is reviewed. Creating a hold does not send an email, issue money, or cancel your subscription. Contact support if you want the hold released.
You can also email d4rrius@dndaniverse.com with your account email and the Stripe receipt or invoice number for the specific purchase, including for older purchases or other legal refund rights. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials. Requests are reviewed manually against payment and credit-use records.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credits associated with a refunded purchase are removed and cannot be used. If a subscription payment is refunded, the Premium benefits associated with that payment are also withdrawn. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears.
Cancellation and remaining credits
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund earlier payments. Unused credits from purchases that have not been refunded continue to roll over, do not expire, and remain usable after cancellation. You can manage your subscription through Premium → Manage billing.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services or unauthorized charges. Where applicable law requires a refund, those requirements take priority over the unused-credit rule.
